# Shipping Policy
## Order Processing Time
Once payment is completed, we will pack and ship your order within 1–5 business days. Processing times will be extended during statutory holidays.
## Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed in real-time at checkout. If a "free shipping" promotion is active, the terms of that promotion will apply.
For orders shipped to the EU: If a customer exercises their statutory right to return an item within the 14-day "cooling-off" period, we will refund the standard base shipping fee paid; however, any additional surcharges for expedited shipping will not be refunded.
## Estimated Delivery Times
We use SF International Air Express for shipping. Delivery times vary by country/region; the following are estimates only and cannot be used as grounds for compensation claims:
1. North America: 5–12 business days
2. Europe: 7–15 business days
3. Other regions: 8–18 business days
## Customs Duties and Import Taxes
The recipient is responsible for all destination-country customs duties, VAT, and miscellaneous customs clearance fees. Our prices do not include any import taxes or duties.
## Handling Shipping Issues
1. If there have been no tracking updates for more than 7 days, please contact customer service at lic007783@gmail.com to inquire.
2. If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with your local delivery point or building security/reception, then contact us for assistance.
3. If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or failure to sign for the delivery, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
